New in 2026 : A brand-new 50 m² space – XXL Comfort & Universal accessibility

Designed to welcome guests with reduced mobility, this XXL model features a spacious bathroom, generous turning areas, and an accessible master bedroom. Every detail is designed to offer bespoke comfort in a functional, bright, and inclusive space.

Layout and equipment

• Turning areas of 150 cm in diameter
• Sliding doors with a minimum clear passage of 83 cm
• Ergonomic, fully equipped kitchen
• Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, fold-down seat, grab bars, and adapted WC
• Second separate WC
• XXL master bedroom allowing wheelchair circulation – bed 160 x 200 cm
• Equipment and appliances at accessible heights
• High-contrast elements for easier visual orientation

  • Child’s Bedroom 1:

    • Space allocated for a medical bed 102 x 211 cm

    • or it can be replaced by a 90 x 200 cm bed (18 slats) + 80 x 190 cm trundle bed

    Child’s Bedroom 2:

    • Low bed 90 x 190 cm (legs raised to facilitate transfers)

    • Upper bed 80 x 200 cm accessible by a ladder

    • A sensory kit is available, containing items designed to support the well-being of children with autism or neurodevelopmental disorders (soft toys, lamps, sand timers, etc.)

    Large covered terrace with wheelchair access ramp – TV  (French TV) + Air conditioning

• Possibility of checking out at 12 noon instead of 10 am
• For added peace of mind, we offer bed linen hire with beds made on arrival: €100 per week (weekly change not included).

Good to know:

Medical bed installation (rental to be arranged separately via pharmacy):

• Possible in the child bedroom (dimensions: 102 x 211 cm)
• The trundle bed must be removed, reducing the sleeping capacity to 5
• If the medical bed is needed for an adult, this model is not suitable: the master bedroom has a fixed double bed
• For an adult requiring a medical bed, the 2-bedroom Life model is recommended:

  • Allows installation in the master bedroom (2 elevated, modular twin beds)

  • Not recommended if the medical bed is for a child, as adults would need to use the second bedroom (2 separate beds, one bunked) or the small sofa bed in the living area
