Description
1 large bedroom with double bed 160 x 200 cm. 1 Bedroom with twin beds 80 X 190 cm (+ 1 bunk bed in 5 persons unit). Blankets and pillows.
Living area with 2 settees, electric fireplace. Dining area with equipped kitchen : refrigerator/deep freeze, gas hobs, extractor hood, micro-wave, electric oven, small dishwasher.
Bathroom with walk-in large shower, towel radiator, hair-dryer. Separate WC with bathroom sink. Mosquito nets on all windows.
Electric convectors, fan, covered terrace, outside furniture, 2 sun-loungers, parasol, gas barbecue. NO TV

- Pets allowed under conditions (with extra fee, vaccination certificate compulsory and on lead) except in Riviera Mobile-home, La Grand Cabane and Safari Lodge accommodation
- Booking fee for the gîtes
- Cancellation insurance not included
- Refundable breakage and cleaning deposit of 200€ is payable before arrival (300€ cashed for the gîtes)
- Local tax from 01/05 to 30/09 : 0.66€/ per night per person + 18 years old
