To facilitate the organization of your holiday at Castel Campsite La Garangeoire, our services are open from May 6, 2024
Make your holiday more enjoyable and find out the practical information about our services
Grocery
Open 7 days a week, from May 6th until the end of the season, the grocery offers a large variety of products:
- Bread and croissants (on order in low season)
- Grocery
- non-alcoholic beverages, beer and wine
- Milk products
- Drugstore and personal care products
- Toys and Games, stationery
- Local products
- Souvenirs and postcards
- Tokens for washing machines and tumble dryers
During mid and high season:
- Fruits and vegetables
- Meat, barbecue meat
- Organic products in bulk
In July and August, the supermarket is open from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Ecological approach
Le “Marché des Castels”
The bulk section has been set up to limit packaging and allow you to buy only what you consume. All the products offered in bulk are organic: sugar, cornflakes, muesli, peanuts, pistachios …
Electric vehicle charging station
For safety reasons of the electrical installations, it is strictly forbidden to plug your vehicle on the standard sockets of the pitches and mobile homes.

Charging stations for up to 6 electric vehicles are available, 24 hours a day, in front of the reception (at a cost of € 10 per charge*).

We can arrange this. Castel Camping La Garangeoire has a partnership with Europcar. Cars can be delivered and collected from the campsite.
Customers of camping La Garangeoire can even receive a discount of between 15 and 20 percent.

Handcart rental
We also have handcart for rent (5€ / day). Very useful for transporting the shopping or tired children after a day in the pool !

Stamps can be bought at the reception. A mailbox is available for your mail.

Library
A library is available, next to the reception.
Some books can be borrowed or exchanged for free.
A deposit is required for comic books, tourist guides or newspapers.
Television
Big screen TVs with live satellite broadcast are available in our TV room, next to reception, and at the bar.
At La Garangeoire, dedicated sports fans taking a holiday during an important tournament do not need to worry! All major sport events will be shown on big screens !

Irons can be borrowed at the reception. Tokens for the washing machines and the tumble dryers (6€) are for sale at the grocery.
Shuttle-bus to the beach
We make it easier for you !
Camping La Garangeoire runs a shuttle bus service in Camping La Garangeoire organises a shuttle-bus service during high season. This allows you to enjoy a day at the beach without having trouble finding a parking space, or moving your campervan from the site.

Once a week the shuttle-bus departs for Bretignolles-sur-mer (the town and the beach of Marais Girard) or for Les Sables d’Olonne (city-center, Cours Dupont). The destination change every week.
