Guidelines for a safe and happy holiday
To keep our customers and employees safe from the coronavirus, we have set up a steering committee and appointed a Covid-19 referent. With full respect of the Government measures, they define and control the extensive protocols adopted on our campsite.
Before your stay
Open and honest communication
In the event that it becomes necessary to remove some of our services and activities, you will be informed on our website, which will be updated regularly.
Training of our staff and provision of the necessary protective equipment
Our entire staff participated, early June 2020, in the specific training “Rethinking customer reception and safety with the Covid-19”, organized by the Fédération Nationale de l’Hôtellerie de Plein Air.
We are constantly adapting to follow the instructions as they are updated.
We will request that you fill-in all necessary information and pay the balance of your stay online prior to arrival. When on site, prefer contactless card payment.
When applicable, your cleaning & security deposit will also be requested online prior to arrival via a secure credit/debit card imprint.
Each family will receive an online check-in request and a digital welcome guide, a few days before arrival.
Inspection of the health pass for adults, we will ask to show proof of Covid-19 vaccination or a negative test.
Contactless fast check-in and limits on attendance in reception area
We limit access to one person per party inside the reception area. Whenever the weather permits, we will welcome you outside and accompany you directly to your accommodation or camping plot.
During your stay
Protocols to protect yourself and others from coronavirus, the social distancing – appropriate signage

Operations of the maintenance service will only be during your absence or with the wearing of suitable equipment.
Strengthened hygiene measures
We will conduct a rigorous and improved virucide cleaning of common areas and toilet blocks several times a day, including disinfection of frequently touched areas (door handles, switches, taps).
We will tape off some sanitary equipment that is too close to each other (urinals, sink for dishes, etc…).
A disinfectant spray will be given to each party on arrival to allow additional voluntary disinfection of high frequency touch points (door handles, taps, showerhead, toilet seat…), backrest of chairs and tables on the public terraces, swings and playground equipment, edge of the tennis table, tiller arm of the pedalboat, etc…
Liquid soap and paper towels are available as usual in all sanitary blocks. As a precaution, electric dryers will be deactivated.
Accommodation will be aired between each rental, before and after the intervention of our cleaning teams.
As always, single-use recyclable protectors are provided for pillows and mattresses.
Risk management procedure in case of suspicion of coronavirus
Stay at home policy for staff with symptoms. If guests display symptoms, they will be asked to isolate while waiting for medical instructions.
On your departure
Your invoice can be sent to you by email if you wish.
Unless you specifically request to be present to point out problems or malfunctions, the check-out inspection of your accommodation will take place 3 hours minimum after your departure.
